What Should a Woman Do to be as Countable as Men?
As a high school student, I have recently been intrigued by women's empowerment and women's equality in the workplace. I have been interested in this because there is a hierarchy of men in many places, and I have been seeing this pressing topic online.
Equality is important because it means ensuring that everyone has the same chance to make the most of their life and abilities. It is also the notion that no one should be denied equal opportunities in life because of how they were born, where they came from, what they believe, or whether or not they have a disability.
It is vital to fight for equality and ensure that no woman is denied opportunities just because she is not a man.
